The terminal evaluation review dataset includes performance ratings of completed GEF projects on dimensions such as outcomes, sustainability, implementation, materialization of co-financing, M&E, and quality of terminal evaluation, along with information on other parameters. Performance ratings are based on the evidence provided in the terminal evaluations of the completed projects. The GEF IEO and/or the Agency evaluation offices provide performance ratings based on the review of terminal evaluations. The GEF IEO updates the dataset annually. Through December 2017, includes a cumulative portfolio of 1,372 completed projects, representing $6.1 billion in GEF funding and $30.1 billion in realized co-financing. This includes 188 projects for which terminal evaluations were recently received. These 188 projects account for $861.8 million in GEF funding, and $5.6 billion in realized co-financing, and are referred to as the APR2017 cohort.
