Monika Weber-Fahr is a member of the Adjunct Faculty at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin and advises international organisations, multi-stakeholder partnerships and NGOs, businesses and governments on innovative approaches to network management, cooperation and result orientation. Until 2020, Monika served as CEO and Executive Secretary of the Global Water Partnership (GWP), following an assignment as COO at Sustainable Energy for All. For over 20 years, Monika worked with the World Bank Group, including as Chief Knowledge Officer at the Independent Evaluation Group and as Director for Knowledge, Learning and Results at the Sustainable Development Vice Presidency. For the International Finance Corporation (IFC), Monika built and led the Global Business Line for Sustainable Business Advisory. Monika serves as a member of the Board of the Austrian Development Bank (OeEB), of the Vienna Climate Lab Advisory Council, of the Deltares International Advisory Council, and of the Global Council of the Online Educa Berlin (OEB). She is a beekpeer and lives in Vienna/Austria with her family.

Dr. Christine Wörlen is a member of the Technical Evaluation Reference Group of the Adaptation Fund (AF-TERG) and an internationally renowned expert in the area of climate change evaluation. She is also the founder of Arepo, a Germany-based climate change advisory company. International activities brought her to all regions of the world, such as China, Thailand, India, South Africa, West Africa, USA, Canada and Mexico. As a Programme Manager at the Global Environment Facility in the period 2002 - 2007, she was responsible for renewable energy and new low-GHG emitting energy technologies and approved grants of more than $100 million annually for projects in developing countries and countries in transition. She has worked on evaluations and evaluation methodologies consistently since 2009, for numerous intergovernmental agencies that are working in climate change, such as the GEF, GCF, and several bilateral donors. A seminal evaluation was the strategic evaluation on ecosystems-based adaptation for the German IKI.

Deepa manages IFC’s Corporate Impact Reporting and Evaluation team. In this role, she leads several aspects of IFC's reporting on development results, including the overall development and implementation of the Results Measurement architecture ex-ante and ex-post for Investment and Advisory including AIMM, supporting the teams in IFC working on assessing sustainability impacts, coordinating IFC’s impact evaluation program, and leading IFC's engagements with MDBs and other DFI partners on results measurement. Deepa has previously managed the Development Impact team covering IFC Manufacturing, Agribusiness, and Services. Her other experience includes working in IBRD's Financial and Private Sector Development department and at the World Bank's Independent Evaluation Group.

Dr. Vine is currently an Affiliate at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, where, as a Staff Scientist, he was involved in the evaluation of energy efficiency programs and policies for over 36 years. Dr. Vine contributed to the development of evaluation protocols in California and for the US Department of Energy. He was on the Board and the Planning Committee of the International Energy Program Evaluation Conference, as well as the International Energy Policy and Program Evaluation Conference. Dr. Vine has received numerous awards for his professional work, and in 2007, as a member of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, he received the Nobel Peace Prize. Dr. Vine has a BS in Environmental Studies from Middlebury College, and a MS and Ph.D. in Ecology from UC Davis. Along with a group of committed evaluation professionals around the world, Dr. Vine is currently working on the creation of an evaluation community in Asia.

Prashanth is an Evaluation Specialist with more than over 11 years of evaluation and development experience in private sector, government, and UN. Before IEU, Prashanth worked with the Independent Office of Evaluation of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) as an evaluation officer. He has led, co-led and supported numerous corporate evaluations, thematic evaluations, evaluation synthesis, country portfolio evaluations and project evaluations. His evaluation experience includes countries in Middle East and North Africa, East and Southern Africa and Asia and Pacific region. In GCF, he has led evaluations on GCF’s Direct Access Modality and GCF’s Readiness and Preparatory Support Programme and is currently leading the Independent Evaluation of GCF’s Investments in Latin America and Caribbean.

Tomasz (Tom) Bartos - has been with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London for more than 25 years, first as a Senior Banker specializing in infrastructure and property sectors. He led more than 20 infrastructure transactions, among others the first PPP in the water sector in Russia. While with the property team, Tom was involved in the financing of several landmark commercial property development projects.
Since 2010 Tom has been working as a Senior Evaluation Manager, concentrating on the assessment of the implementation of the Bank’s sectoral strategies, policies and strategic initiatives, such as Local Capital Markets, Delegated Authority, Renewable Energy, Agribusiness, Integration or Hydrocarbons.
Prior to joining EBRD, Tom worked at the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) in Washington D.C. on infrastructure projects in Latin America, as well as at the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA). He holds MBA and the Graduate Diploma in International Development from the University of Ottawa, Canada and the Master in Global Economics from the University of Gdansk, Poland.
