Thematic & Impact Evaluations

Thematic evaluations are conducted on a sample of projects related to a specific theme of GEF interventions and provide a basis for decision making and lesson learning on specific themes. The sample may include both ongoing and completed projects and programs.

Impact evaluations aim to determine the long-term effects of GEF support, how these were achieved and what can be done to enhance them.
