Assessing Portfolio-Level Risk at the GEF

This document is a concept note for an evaluation being conducted by the Global Environment Facility’s (GEF) Independent Evaluation Office (IEO) to assess the risk profile of the GEF portfolio in projects and programs. The goal is to support decision-making to ensure that risks taken are in line with GEF's preferred risk profile just issued on its website.
