Peixuan Zhou

Evaluation Analyst

Peixuan Zhou, a Chinese national, is an Evaluation Analyst at the Independent Evaluation Office of the Global Environment Facility (GEF). Her work focuses on thematic and impact evaluations that explore the interactions between human and natural systems.

 

From 2023 to 2024, Peixuan worked as a Strategy Analyst in the Corporate Strategy unit of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) through a Development Assignment. During this time, she led IFC’s engagement with the Independent Evaluation Group to deliver the annual reporting of the World Bank Group Management Action Record.

 

Prior to joining the GEF, Peixuan played a key role in developing nutrient management policy frameworks at the World Resources Institute. She also supported sustainable supply chain initiatives through her work with the Market Transformation Initiative at the World Wildlife Fund. Earlier in her career, she worked at the Bank of China, where she focused on corporate performance evaluation.
