Request for Expression of Interest on Country Cluster Evaluation on GEF Engagement in Central Asia

The purpose of this evaluation is to provide country-cluster evaluative evidence on GEF engagement and performance of GEF interventions in Central Asia in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan from GEF-5 to date. Objectives include: a) assessing relevance, results and sustainability of GEF investments in the region, including contributions to transformational change; and b) assessing GEF country and regional engagement approaches, including institutional arrangements and partnerships.
