Two longstanding networks of evaluation professionals, Earth-Eval and EvalForward, are coming together to create a stronger platform for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and professional growth, now known as #EvalForEarth 🤝

Thanks to a partnership between GEF IEO and the evaluation offices and units of FAO, WFP and CGIAR, #EvalForEarth will offer a dynamic Community of Practice dedicated to advancing evaluation in Food Security, Environment, Agriculture and Rural Development.

With COP16 well underway in Cali, Colombia, it’s essential to spotlight the role of Access and Benefit Sharing (ABS) in safeguarding biodiversity while empowering local and indigenous communities. The evaluation looked at over 39 ABS projects, with significant contributions toward implementing the Nagoya Protocol.
