Carlo Carugi, Senior Evaluation Officer of the Independent Evaluation Office, participated in a panel discussion on "Lessons from Applying Rapid Impact Evaluation in Canada and Internationally" at the 2017 Canadian Evaluation Society (CES) Conference in Vancouver.
